Belle Tire

Where to begin...i made an alignment appointment so I wasn't waiting all day with 2 kids. Got there, was ignored by a guy as a stood at the counter...no greeting or "hey ill be right with you" just walked away after i stood there for 5 minutes. 2 HOURS later i was told that they couldn't do my alignment due to a control arm in the rear. a part needs replaced, fine, but waiting 2 hours to be told they didn't do a damn thing is absolutely not okay. This is the best place to go if you want to waste your time and don't bother making an appointment, because it really doesn't do you any good 🙄

My wife and I were vacationing in Traverse City when she noticed that we had a small bolt in the middle of our tire. It was late in the day and we were far from home. I felt lucky to find a brand name tire shop open until 8pm on a Thursday. I called at 6pm, and the manager confirmed that they could repair the tire that evening. When I arrived, the manager was very professional. He took my info, then drove my car back to the service bays. While waiting with other customers in the clean, airy waiting area, I was impressed that he treated the other customers with respect and patience. After 45 minutes, he came to me and said that my tire was fixed and that I was ready to go. When I asked what the charge was, he simply said "There is no charge, this is a courtesy service." That manager turned a scary event far from home into a heart-warming experience. Thank you, sir.

Stopped in for a flat tire repair. Manager Matt directed me to the proper service bay. Tech Andrew assisted getting damaged tire off my roof. Unfortunately, tire was not repairable. Got a new Kelly tire at a great price. Andrew was able to remove a badly damaged lug nut from my right front wheel, and I bought a second tire to match my other Kelly. Matt was very helpful guiding me through the process. Great job, Belle Tire!

Fair warning -- Avoid going here at all costs. I took my car in for a new set of tires. I scheduled an appointment and then proceeded to wait 3 hours for them to complete the installation of new tires. The waiting room was nice, I didn't mind waiting as long as the tires were installed correctly. However, a couple days later my front passenger tire was severely low and I had to stop at a gas station to fill it with air. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them to get it fixed. I took it in AGAIN for what they said was going to be an hour repair. I proceeded to wait another 3 hours before it was "fixed". They didn't even both to tell me what the problem was that they fixed. I was already upset and just wanted to leave so i didn't ask. Well a couple weeks later one of my tires started leaking air again! I called Belle Tire to fix it again, they didn't seem sorry at all for my troubles and made me schedule another appointment at an inconvenient time of day. I eventually said forget it and called Juniors Tires instead. I took my car into Juniors the same day and they fixed it within an hour. They let me know the problem was with the seal between the rim and the tire. My

Very disappointing… I had a scheduled appointment at 11:30AM for a simple tire patch job… i already had the tire off and the leak located… all that needed to be done was a simple patch and put my car back together. It is now 2pm and i am STILL waiting. I completely understand things happen and you get backed up… but 2 1/2 hours for a TIRE PATCH?! Blew my entire Saturday plans. Will not be returning.
